1. Returns Eligibility
We understand that sometimes products may not meet your expectations or may have issues. You can request a return or refund under the following conditions:

Unopened Products: If you change your mind about your purchase, you may return unopened products within 14 days of delivery. The item must be in its original, unused condition and packaging.

Hygiene Products: For safety and hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns on opened baby milk products unless they are defective or incorrect.

3. Refund Process
Once we receive the returned product, we will inspect it to ensure it meets our return conditions. If the return is approved:
- Refund Method: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.
- Shipping Costs: Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (damaged, defective, or incorrect items).
4. Exchanges
